Join us on a remarkable journey that merges the serenity of mindfulness with the enchantment of the underwater world. Led by a psychologist and PADI instructor, our program offers a one-of-a-kind experience designed to nurture your well-being and self-discovery.
Day 1: Discover Scuba Diving On the first day, we start a introductory diving experience that lets non-certified divers explore the underwater world under the guidance of a PADI professional. It includes a brief theory session, a confined water session to practice essential skills, and an open water dive to a limited depth, providing a taste of scuba diving's wonder and adventure.
Day 2: The Oceanic Adventure into mindfulness Dive into the world of mindfulness during a 2 hour on-land session. Delve into the science behind mindfulness and discover its practical benefits. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a mindfulness exercise, setting the stage for a transformative experience.
The second day is all about putting mindfulness into practice beneath the waves. In a shallow water dive, you'll experience a tailored mindfulness exercise designed specifically for the ocean's embrace. This exercise will be delivered through an underwater MP3 player, allowing you to ease into a state of mindfulness as you prepare for the dive. Following the dive, we create a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth. Our therapeutic debriefing session allows you to explore insights and revelations.
Closing the Circle As we return to dry land, discover how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. Our program isn't just about the here and now; it equips you with valuable resources to continue your mindfulness journey long after the dives are over.
